SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY – Kanha Herbs

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains the terms under which Kanha Herbs delivers its products. By placing an order with us, you agree to follow the terms mentioned in this policy. If you do not agree with these terms, we advise you not to proceed with the order. All users must accept these terms without changes, and by doing so, you are bound by the conditions of this Shipping & Delivery Policy.

At Kanha Herbs, we are committed to delivering high-quality and standard products to our customers. Our main goal is to ensure that every order is delivered on time. From the moment you place an order until it reaches your doorstep, we work to provide an efficient and smooth delivery experience within the promised timelines.
Scope
- This policy applies to all orders placed on the Kanha Herbs website.
- All orders are subject to product availability and delivery to your location (pincode).
- If a product is out of stock when you place your order, we will notify you and provide an estimated date when the product will be available.

Billing Address and Shipping Address
- Billing Address: This is the address where you will receive your bills from Kanha Herbs.
- Shipping Address: This is the address where you want your order to be delivered.
Our Delivery Scope
We deliver across India. To ensure timely and accurate delivery, please provide complete and correct details in the following format when placing your order:
- Address Line 1
- Address Line 2
- City / Town / Village
- Post Office
- District
- Landmark
- Pin Code
- State
- Shipping Contact Number and Email ID
Providing accurate details helps us deliver your order efficiently and on time.
Delivery Location
- Delivery time will be estimated based on your pincode and communicated once your order is placed.
- Delivery times are estimates only and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.
- These timelines serve as a guide and are subject to order acceptance and approval.
- Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible within the timeline mentioned in your invoice or purchase order.
- Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery dates may vary depending on factors such as shipping charges, delivery location, delivery method, and the items ordered.
- Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments if required.
Transit Times
Once an order is received, we will process the invoice, and the products will be dispatched within 3 working/business days after invoicing.
In Case of Delay
- Kanha Herbs is committed to delivering products within the timeline mentioned in your order form.
- If there is a delay, you may request cancellation of the order at any time, whether or not you have been informed of the delay.
- Any deposit or payment made will be refunded as per our Cancellation Policy provided at the time of purchase. [Link to Cancellation Policy]
In Case of Non-Delivery at the Stipulated Time
If delivery cannot be completed within the promised time, you have the right to return the product as per our Return Policy.
Delivery Charges
- Orders above INR 1150: Free shipping across India
- Orders below INR 1150: Delivery charges will apply as per the applicable rates
Transit Risk
Kanha Herbs takes responsibility for any risk involved during the transit of your products until they are delivered to you.
Shipment and Tracking Details
- Once your order is handed over to the courier, we will send an email and SMS to your registered email address and mobile number.
- The notification will include:
- Tracking number
- Courier company details
- Expected delivery date
- Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier company’s website.
- If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you separately with updated information.
Change Request for Shipping Address
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered.
- However, shipping address change requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order and before the products are dispatched, whichever comes first.
- To request a change, please send an email to contact@kanhaherbs.in with the updated shipping details. We will make the changes as quickly as possible.
- Requests received after 24 hours of placing the order or after dispatch will not be entertained.
Other Requests
Multiple Address Orders
- Currently, placing an order to be delivered to multiple addresses in a single order is not available.
- If you want products delivered to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- If an order is placed with an incomplete address, we will contact you on your registered mobile number or email within 24 hours to complete the details.
- Once the complete address is provided, we will dispatch the order to the updated address.
- Note: Kanha Herbs is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Packing Method
All products are first placed in corrugated boxes and then poly-wrapped to ensure safe delivery.
Lost in Transit
- If a shipment is lost during transit, Kanha Herbs will wait for 15 days before attempting to ship the order again.
- You also have the right to cancel the order in such cases. Please notify us if you wish to cancel.
Method of Delivering Courier
Products will be delivered either through courier/logistics partners or via a Direct Seller. Delivery will be considered complete as follows:
- Courier/Logistics – Once a physical signature is obtained from the customer or after OTP verification sent to the registered mobile number.
- C&F/Direct Seller – After receiving OTP verification from the customer’s registered mobile number.
Order Delivery Timelines
- Kanha Herbs is committed to delivering products within the timeline mentioned in your order form.
- However, in accordance with government guidelines or unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur.
- After placing the order, you will receive a unique tracking number via email and SMS.
- You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order and the expected delivery date.
Delivery Attempts and Possible Delays
- A maximum of three (3) delivery attempts will be made to deliver your order.
- If you remain unavailable after three attempts, Kanha Herbs reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion.
- While we strive to deliver products on time, delivery may be delayed due to:
- Unsuitable weather conditions
- Political disruptions, strikes, employee lock-outs, or government-directed lockdowns
- Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters
- Any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
