Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – Kanha Herbs

Kanha Herbs offers high-quality herbal products through our official website and authorized partners. We are committed to providing our customers with genuine and standard products.

Applicability

This policy applies to all customers who place an order through our official website www.kanhaherbs.in or purchase directly from Kanha Herbs.

Purpose

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, if the product delivered is different from what you ordered, or if you find the product unsuitable for use, you can request a return or exchange as per the policy mentioned below. Refunds will be processed once the return or exchange is approved.

Terms

Any words or terms written in capital letters but not explained here will have the same meaning as given in our General Terms and Conditions on our website www.kanhaherbs.in.

Purpose (Customer Satisfaction)

At Kanha Herbs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We value your feedback and requests, and we are always ready to go the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience with our products and services.

Important Conditions for Return or Exchange

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All tags and labels must still be attached, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must not show any signs of use.
  • You must inform us about the return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please do not accept open-box deliveries at the time of receiving your order.

The return or exchange package must include everything that came with your order, such as:

  • Price tags and labels
  • Original packaging
  • Free items or accessories
  • Invoice/warranty cards
  • Any other included documents

When Returns or Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted

  • If anything is missing from the package, such as tags, labels, original packing, freebies, or accessories.
  • If the product is damaged due to misuse.
  • If the product has been used or any durable part has been installed.
  • If the product has tampered or missing parts/serial numbers.
  • If you have accepted an open-box delivery at the time of receiving the order.
  • If the item is a non-returnable product due to health or hygiene reasons.
  • If the return request is made after 7 days from the date of delivery.

How to Make a Return

Raise a Return Request

If you find the product unsuitable or not relevant for you, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in saleable condition, with its seal/protection unbroken.

Send Us an Email

Email us at contact@kanhaherbs.in with:

  • Your order details
  • A scanned copy of the original invoice
  • The reason for return

Wait for Confirmation

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 working hours. Please do not send any product back without confirmation, as we cannot guarantee refund/credit for unapproved returns.

Send the Product Back

Once approved, pack the product securely (with original packing, tags, and documents) and send it to the return address shared by our team. The product must be dispatched within 7 days of approval.

Packing & Shipping of Returns

  • The product must be properly packed, unused, and in saleable condition before returning.
  • The return shipping charges (from your address to our return address) will be paid by the customer.
  • Kanha Herbs will bear the delivery charges for sending the replacement product back to you.
  • In some cases, you may also collect the replacement from a nearby Kanha Herbs distribution point as directed by the company.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement request within 7 working days. If the returned product does not reach us, it is the customer’s responsibility to trace the shipment. Kanha Herbs will not be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit. Any exchange volume (if applicable) will be counted in the month in which the exchange is made.

Our Obligations

  • After receiving the product, our Quality Check team will inspect it.
  • If the return is approved as eligible, we will issue a refund or replacement.
  • If the return is not approved, we will ship the same product back to you.
  • In both cases, your return request will be closed within 7 working days of us receiving the product.

Terms & Conditions for Refund

Online Payments (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.)

If you paid directly through our official online payment system, your refund will be credited back to the same account you used for payment. This will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned product at our address.

Payments Made at Authorized Stores

If you purchased the product from a Kanha Herbs Authorized Store, your refund will be transferred to your verified bank account (KYC account) or the account details you provide. You may be asked to provide a cancelled cheque with your name printed on it for verification. The refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date of your refund request.

Exchange Policy

At Kanha Herbs, we focus on delivering the best quality products that reflect both tradition and modern needs. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange. The exchange of products will be governed by our Terms of Use along with the policy mentioned below.

If you receive a faulty or defective product, we will be happy to exchange it for you. To be eligible for an exchange, please return the unused product in its original packaging. The request for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange / Replacement Process

Exchange or Replacement at the Time of Delivery

  • If the outer packaging of your order looks damaged or tampered at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package.
  • Mention the issue clearly on the courier delivery slip/receipt before refusing the package.
  • Immediately inform us within 24 hours by emailing contact@kanhaherbs.in with your order details.
  • Once the damaged package is returned to our warehouse, we will dispatch a fresh product to you without delay.

Exchange / Replacement After Delivery

  • If you notice that the product has internal damage or defects (not visible at the time of delivery), you can raise an exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • To request an exchange, please email us at contact@kanhaherbs.in with the following:
    • Unboxing video and pictures of the damaged/defective product
    • Scanned copy of the original invoice
  • After reporting, you will also need to safely dispose of the damaged product and share a short video of the disposal with us.
  • Once we receive your email and documents, our team will review it and arrange for a replacement product to be shipped within 72 hours.

Refund in Place of Exchange

  • If you receive a product with damaged external packaging (at the time of delivery) or damaged internal packaging (after delivery), you can choose to request a refund instead of an exchange.
  • To request a refund, please email us at contact@kanhaherbs.in with your order details and proof of damage.
  • Once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse (within 7 days), we will process your refund.

Important Notes

  • Except where clearly mentioned in this Policy, cash refunds will not be provided. Refunds will only be processed as a credit to your bank account.
  • All returned products will be inspected by our Quality Check Team, and their decision will be considered final and binding.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • If a product is delivered in defective, damaged, or incorrect condition, an exchange will be provided within 7 days.
  • In some cases, our team may assist you by troubleshooting the issue online, over the phone, or through an in-person technical visit.
  • If a replacement cannot be provided for any reason, a refund will be issued.
  • If you did not receive your order but got a delivery confirmation email/SMS, please report the issue within 7 days so we can investigate with the courier.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed after the returned product is received at our warehouse.
  • Please note: If the above conditions are not met, the return request will not be accepted.
