This Advertisement & Literature Policy has been designed to guide all individuals, distributors, consumers, and other stakeholders associated with Kanha Herbs. Scope
This policy explains the type of advertisement content that is allowed. Every advertisement created or shared by our Direct Sellers or employees will be reviewed to ensure it follows this policy. Certain types of content are strictly prohibited.
Objective
The purpose of this policy is to promote genuine and legal advertisements while discouraging any kind of unauthorized or misleading promotions. Our goal is to maintain a healthy and transparent advertising environment for Kanha Herbs.

What is Advertisement?
“Advertisement” means any type of audio, visual, or written publicity created to promote products, services, or the Company. It can be communicated through:
- Electronic Media – TV, radio, internet, websites, social media, emails
- Print Media – newspapers, magazines, brochures, circulars, labels, wrappers
- Physical Demonstration – banners, posters, videos, images, printed material, events
In simple terms, an advertisement includes any notice, announcement, video, image, document, or digital content that promotes Kanha Herbs or its products.

- Social Media Posts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.)

- Language – English and Hindi are mandatory, but regional/vernacular languages may be used additionally.

A. Connect with Consumers/Public
1. Professional Conduct
- Every Direct Seller and Employee of Kanha Herbs must follow the Company’s Code of Conduct and always behave respectfully while conducting business on behalf of the Company.
- This applies whether they are interacting with people in person, online, or through any form of communication where they can be identified as a representative of Kanha Herbs.
2. Responsible Online & Offline Activity
- Even when using personal social media accounts or print media, your activities can be seen by customers or potential customers.
- Treat every post, comment, or interaction as if you are communicating directly with a customer or prospect.
3. Zero Tolerance Policy
- Kanha Herbs has zero tolerance for:
- Racism
- Bigotry
- Misogyny
- Harassment or threats of physical harm
- Hate speech of any kind
- Hate speech means any words, posts, or promotions that are derogatory or disrespectful toward a group of people based on race, caste, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexuality, or disability.
- This includes speech or content that ridicules, dehumanizes, encourages violence, or spreads negativity toward protected groups.

B. Secrecy
1. Protection of Personal Information
- Direct Sellers and Employees are strictly prohibited from sharing any customer or Direct Seller’s personal information (such as names, phone numbers, addresses, or order details) on social media, print media, or any other public platform.
- Example: If you are handling a customer’s complaint or order issue online, do not post their order number, contact details, or any identifying information in public.
2. Permission Required
- You should never post or share personal information about another person without their permission.
- Doing so could cause harm to the individual, damage your reputation, affect the Company’s image, and may even result in legal action.
C. Clear & Transparent Communication
1. Honest Disclosure
- Whenever you talk about Kanha Herbs or promote its products through advertisements or social media, always ensure your communication is clear, transparent, and truthful.
2. Identification as Direct Seller
- Direct Sellers must clearly identify themselves as independent distributors when promoting products or sharing content about Kanha Herbs.
- For example, a clear hashtag such as #IDirectSeller4KanhaHerbs should be used in any social media post that promotes Kanha Herbs or its products.

D. Compliance with Law and Code of Conduct
- To avoid violating trademark, copyright, or publicity rights, do not post or share images, videos, text, or any other content without the proper consent of the owner or the person appearing in the media.

- As a Direct Seller or Employee of Kanha Herbs, you are personally responsible for understanding and following these rules while promoting the Company or its products.
E. Liability
- Always engage in social and print media conversations in a respectful, professional, and responsible way.
- Your communication should reflect your knowledge and area of expertise, especially when you are interacting with customers or speaking about Kanha Herbs.
- If you come across a customer query, complaint, or issue on social/print media, do not try to handle it on your own.
- Immediately report the matter to Kanha Herbs for proper review and support.

Terms and Conditions
- All advertisements are subject to review and approval by Kanha Herbs.
- The Company reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement at its sole discretion, for any reason.
- The Company may also request modifications to an advertisement and may ask for factual proof to support any claim made in the advertisement.
- Advertisements must not:
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, copyright, or other legal rights.
- Contain content that is false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or deceptive.
Prohibited Content
- Illegal Products – No ads should promote or facilitate the sale of illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate products or services.
- Tobacco Products – Ads must not promote the sale or use of tobacco, smoking products, or related items.
- Adult Content – Ads must not contain sexually suggestive, vulgar, or explicit material.
- Unsafe Substances – Ads must not promote unsafe drugs, remedies, or products harmful for use.
- Third-Party Infringement – Ads must not violate copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights.
- Misinformation – Ads must not contain false or misleading information that could deceive or misguide consumers.
- Cheating & Deceptive Practices – Ads must not promote products, services, or schemes that involve fraud or cheating.
- Health Misrepresentation – Ads must not create fear, negativity, or false claims regarding health-related products.
- Personal Attributes – Ads must not imply or exploit personal attributes like race, religion, belief, gender, disability, or health status.
- Bullying/Harassment/Threats – Ads must not promote bullying, harassment, or threats of violence. Any disagreement on social/print media must be handled respectfully or disengaged.
- Controversial Content – Ads must not exploit crises, sensitive events, or controversial political/social issues for commercial purposes.
- Misleading Income Claims – Ads related to business or income opportunities must clearly describe the product/service, not promote “quick money” or false MLM-style promises.
Compliance with The Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954
No advertisement may suggest or promote the use of any drug for the following purposes:
- Procurement of miscarriage or prevention of conception in women.
- Enhancement of sexual capacity or pleasure in human beings.
- Correction of menstrual disorders in women.
- Diagnosis, cure, treatment, or prevention of any disease, disorder, or condition listed under the Act or any other notified condition.

Things You Should Know
- Responsibility of Advertisers – Advertisers, Direct Sellers, and Employees are responsible for understanding and following all applicable laws and regulations. Failure to comply may lead to actions such as cancellation of advertisements or termination of your Direct Seller Code/account.
- Right to Reject or Remove Ads – Kanha Herbs reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any advertisement at any time, at its sole discretion. This includes ads that may:
- Negatively impact the Company’s reputation or relationship with customers
- Promote content, services, or activities against the Company’s values, interests, or advertising philosophy
- Compliance with Laws – Advertisers must strictly comply with all provisions of the law, including applicable Acts and Rules. The Advertiser will be solely responsible for any legal penalties, fines, or actions taken by government authorities for non-compliance.
- Policy Updates – Kanha Herbs may update or revise this Advertisement Policy at any time without prior notice. Advertisers are encouraged to review the policy regularly to stay updated.

Related Policies and Consequences of Violations
- All Direct Sellers and Employees of Kanha Herbs are expected to strictly follow this Advertisement Policy across all platforms, including but not limited to:
- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp, WeChat, Twitch, blogs, wikis, or any other online/offline tool that facilitates communication or promotion.
- This Advertisement Policy is meant to supplement other Company policies and standards, including the Kanha Herbs Code of Conduct Policy.
- If a post, advertisement, or promotional material violates any Kanha Herbs policy in another forum, it will also be considered a violation when done on social, electronic, or print media.
- Consequences of Violation – Any Direct Seller or Employee found violating this policy may face disciplinary action, which could include suspension or termination, in line with applicable laws.
